Book review: Misadventures of a college girl by Lauren Rowe

Let me start by saying that I am a sucker for College romance stories. It doesn’t matter if the love interest is playing a sport/sports, is a valedictorian, or is working the night shift at a hotel. If it involves college students, I will probably read it.

When I saw that my local library’s Libby profile had a copy of this book, I immediately checked it out.

This story follows 2 main characters throughout their time in college, and about 4+ years after. these characters are Zooey and Tyler.

The story itself was fast-paced, to begin with, but it grew even faster after chapter 25-ish (Don’t worry, I won’t spoil it for you).

After a certain point, the story progresses too fast for my liking. I’m talking, like, 2 years pass after the last chapter, then another 6 months, then another year, etc.

the book is filled with a bunch of hot sex (in many different ways), and a ton of emotion. Anyone who works a job that they move around all day and can listen to something should pick up this book because it will keep you on your feet.

Overall, I give this book a 4.5/5 Stars.

I look forward to reading Misadventures on the Night Shift by Lauren Rowe soon!
